Pegasus’ Land Pipeline Group of experienced personnel handle all aspects of land pipeline work, from due diligence for acquisition of systems to feasibility through detail design, to construction management and as-built drawing development of crude oil and gas pipeline systems both domestically and internationally. We have supported clients in the acquisition of pipeline systems, including physical inspection and evaluation of assets, documentation/records review, economic evaluations and cost estimates. After acquisition of pipeline systems, we have handled the records/drawings transfer and set up file systems and controls for handling the records.
We have experience with all facets of new pipeline engineering and design, including feasibility design, preliminary design and detail design of new pipeline systems, in accordance with federal, state and local agency requirements.
We have provided all aspects of engineering support to include route selection, coordination of biological and cultural resource evaluations, and pipeline classification determinations (for gas pipelines). Special studies have been completed for various clients, including hydraulics studies and system modeling for both gas and crude oil systems. Construction management and engineering support of construction for numerous projects have also been provided. This includes handling everything from planning and engineering through management and coordination of construction for new pipeline systems and related facilities.
We routinely support day to day operations and maintenance of pipeline operating companies. This includes quick response to management and field personnel requirements. This support also includes handling pipeline adjustment projects for clients, from agency and developer interfaces, through permitting, planning, design and construction management.
